1. Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed upon receipt of the initial deposit and a signed charter agreement.

For bookings made less than four weeks before departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
2. Security Deposit
For bareboat charters, a refundable security deposit is required at embarkation, payable by credit card or cash. The amount varies by yacht type and is returned in full at disembarkation, provided no damage or loss has occurred. For crewed charters, the security deposit may be replaced by non-refundable insurance coverage, depending on the charter agreement.

For crewed charters, an APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance) is obligatory and is used to cover onboard expenses such as:
For skippered-only charters, the APA is optional, depending on the client’s preference for pre-arranged provisioning or pay-as-you-go expenses.
The Captain maintains detailed accounts of APA expenditures, and any unused funds are refunded at the end of the charter.
6. Cancellation Policy
If the yacht is rebooked for the same period, a refund may be made at the company’s discretion.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover unforeseen cancellations.

The charterer’s liability is limited to the amount of the security deposit, unless the loss or damage results from gross negligence or unlawful acts.
11. Force Majeure
The company shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or damages resulting from events beyond its control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, wars, or government restrictions.

These Terms & Conditions and any charter agreement entered into shall be governed by the laws of Greece, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Piraeus.
